JOB DESCRIPTION
drcom group is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining client satisfaction and uncovering new sales opportunities within our existing client base in the Singapore market. As an Account Executive, you will oversee the seamless execution of projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and building strong client relationships. A background in a digital agency is essential, with a solid understanding of science or healthcare being a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Client/Account Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key and strategic accounts.
- Understand client requirements and growth strategies to plan and develop tailored project solutions.
- Serve as a trusted consultant, addressing project challenges and providing actionable insights.
- Stay informed about company offerings to effectively present services and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Develop and deliver innovative proposals and strategic sales presentations.
- Provide recommendations for new products, service extensions, or enhancements based on client needs.
Project & Team Coordination:
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including opportunities, invoicing, and transformation rates.
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitability, adhering to growth objectives.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional development and teamwork.
Job Requirements
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, media, digital, public relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency or as a brand team in the pharma/healthcare industry.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or scientific fields, including LMR processes, sales rep workflows, and medical terminology.
- Strong understanding of digital engagement, particularly within the regulatory context of the healthcare industry.
- Excellent client service orientation and the ability to build professional, long-term partnerships.
- Adaptability and advanced problem-solving skills to provide expert recommendations and solutions to clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
