Key duties will be
Client/Account Management:
- Serve as the agency lead for multiple clients, managing healthcare-related projects from conception to completion.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress while ensuring open and effective communication at all times.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, demonstrating a high level of service orientation.
- Actively identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products and services, and support revenue growth for both clients and the agency.
- Ensure project timelines are met and manage concurrent projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Represent the agency at healthcare networking events and industry forums.
- Work autonomously and proactively with a focus on agency-client collaboration, reporting to the Managing Director.
Strategy/Creative Leadership:
- Play an active role in agency pitches and RFPs, delivering strategic insights that align with client expectations.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams (creative, project management) within the agency.
- Collaborate with agency creative leaders to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client standards and expectations.
Project & People Management:
- Monitor KPIs related to client accounts, including opportunity pipelines, invoicing, and revenue growth.
- Manage project budgets and margins, ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure alignment with agency goals.
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in healthcare or pharmaceutical-related fields is preferred. Advanced degrees in medical marketing or related disciplines are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of agency experience, particularly within integrated marketing communications (IMC), creative, media, or digital agencies.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Singapore long-term.
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare Industry: Experience managing healthcare or pharmaceutical accounts, especially in regulated environments.
- Agency Experience: Proven track record of managing client accounts within an agency, including handling multi-channel engagement strategies.
Required Skills:
- Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing regulations in the healthcare industry.
- Scientific Knowledge: Familiarity with scientific journals or healthcare content is a plus.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships within an agency setting.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to adapt, solve problems, and offer strategic recommendations to clients.
