We are seeking a Freelance Art Director to join our creative team and help co-lead pitch proposals and campaign development. With our current art directors balancing multiple projects, this role offers the chance to specialize in specific therapeutic areas and add visual expertise to healthcare communications.
Key Duties:
- Concept Development: Collaborate with Creative Director, Project managers and other creatives to create pitch proposals and campaign assets.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visuals for healthcare campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
- Pitch Specialization: Focus on specific therapeutic areas or clients for targeted creative approaches.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and ensure smooth design processes across projects if needed.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital design trends, advocating for innovative solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an art direction role, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Skills: Strong visual storytelling, typography, and design principles.
- Technological Awareness: Familiarity with UI/UX, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Client Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Experience managing designers and collaborating with freelancers.
- Language: Proficient in English (reading and writing).
