DESCRIPTION:
drcom group is an independent marketing agency specialized in medical communication and a pioneer in Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) and digital multichannel. We are currently looking for a Digital Content Operations Intern to support our global projects, based in Vietnam. This role focuses on the technical management and maintenance of digital assets across platforms, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
KEY DUTIES WILL BE:
- Upload, update, and maintain digital content (text, images, interactive components) within various platforms, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Perform technical QA checks to detect formatting issues, broken links, or functionality errors.
- Manage structured content updates and ensure alignment with client specifications.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to troubleshoot content-related issues.
- Document and track content changes, updates, and version control.
- Assist in digital asset migration, testing, and deployment across multiple platforms.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Detail-oriented with a technical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms, digital asset management, or content structuring.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or content formatting is a plus.
- Strong English communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related fields (Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome).
