As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the Art Director, Project Managers, and designers to develop compelling visuals for healthcare campaigns, digital platforms, and pitch proposals. You will play a key role in visual storytelling, ensuring innovative and engaging creative solutions. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in an art direction role, preferably within an advertising agency, and be proficient in typography, UI/UX principles, and emerging digital trends. Candidates based in France should be prepared to provide their SIRET number for legal freelance work.

Work Arrangement: Freelance, part-time (Full-time availability preferred but project-based)

We are looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative team in producing assets for three campaigns focused on HCP behavior change. The ideal candidate will have strong digital design skills and experience in multichannel campaign asset creation. This role requires close collaboration with strategy planners and client teams, ensuring visual excellence across all campaign materials.

Key Duties:

  • Execute design work under Art Director guidance.
  • Support the Strategy Planner in enhancing the visual presentation of strategy slides, including analysis decks, multichannel playbooks, and training slides.
  • Create designs for campaign assets, including the initial creation for the first campaign and adaptations for the following two campaigns. (Final quantity to be confirmed at the start of each campaign.)
    • 31 Approved emails
    • 5 Leave-behinds
    • Infographics (1 creation, 2 adaptations)
    • Long-form articles (1 creation, 2 adaptations)
    • Advertorials (1 creation, 2 adaptations)
    • Short videos (1 creation, 2 adaptations)
    • Still posts (1 creation, 2 adaptations)

Job Requirements:

  • Strong digital design skills for email marketing and multichannel campaign assets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and participate in client meetings (EU timezone) to clarify requirements and discuss work.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical/healthcare design, particularly with a European healthcare market perspective.
  • Knowledge of Veeva platform email design is a plus.
  • French language skills are a plus for direct client communication.

Legal & Administrative Considerations (for France-based freelancers):

To legally work as a freelancer in France, you should be registered under one of the following legal statuses:

  • Auto-entrepreneur (Micro-entrepreneur)
  • SARL (Société à Responsabilité Limitée) / EURL (Entreprise Unipersonnelle à Responsabilité Limitée)
  • SAS (Société par Actions Simplifiée)

While registration is not mandatory at the application stage, candidates should be prepared to provide their SIRET number upon contracting.
