We are a dynamic and innovative healthcare-focused marketing agency dedicated to delivering impactful marketing solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. We are seeking a dedicated team of experienced freelance medical copywriters with a strong background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical content creation. The ideal team will have a deep understanding of medical terminology, regulatory requirements, and the ability to craft compelling and accurate content for a variety of mediums.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, accurate, and engaging medical content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, and whitepapers.
  • Ensure all content adheres to industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with our in-house team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure all content is evidence-based, up-to-date, and scientifically accurate.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free delivery.
  • Adapt writing style to suit different audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public.

Team Qualifications:

  • This position is only open to established teams of medical copywriters. Individual applicants will not be considered.
  • Proven experience as a team of medical copywriters, preferably within a healthcare-focused marketing agency or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare terminology.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, including FDA, EMA, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Journalism, Communications, Medical Writing, Life Sciences) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
