Aim of the Position:
Support Drcom Asia Pte Ltd clients in South-East Asia (excluding Vietnam), Australia/New Zealand, and potentially other sales channels like Europe. We are looking for a talented Strategic Planner to join our team on a freelance basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Gather and analyze marketing, industry, and consumer insights data to determine the client’s advertising and campaign needs.
- Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, providing strategic analysis and recommendations.
- Develop campaign/omnichannel strategy and associated plans, including targeting/segmentation, channel recommendations, etc.
- Create compelling slides and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with accounts, creative, medical writers, consumer insights, and other media partners.
- Coordinate with the Creative Team and Medical Copywriter to ensure alignment of creative ideas and direction with the overall strategy.
- Develop a strategic framework for personalization across channels and formats.
- Research industry trends to shape the company’s overall business strategy.
- Prepare reports on strategy ideas for senior management.
- Present research findings to senior management.
- Comply with Odoo CRM and company regulations, including timesheet reporting.
Desired Skills:
- Work with autonomy, proactivity, and under pressure, reporting to the Managing Director.
- Strong understanding of marketing objectives and strategies, including digital and omnichannel, in the healthcare and life science industry.
- Good understanding of the client’s business and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for science and healthcare-related topics.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar capacity in an agency setting.
Time Requirement: As set by Drcom policies

No moonlighting: During the working time of this contract, the employee agrees not to accept or continue in any job, consulting work, directorship, or employment that may conflict with their duties and responsibilities to Drcom, including the duty of loyalty, without the written approval of senior management.
