Job Overview:
We are looking for a freelance sales trainer with a strong background in the medical field to deliver remote training sessions for a client’s team of medical representatives in France. This role involves developing and conducting training focused on multi-channel communication strategies, customer relationship management, and effective sales techniques specifically tailored to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Experience with Veeva CRM is highly preferred but not mandatory. The trainer must be fluent in French and capable of simplifying complex tools and concepts for practical use by medical representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our project team to align training with key objectives, gather necessary documentation, and customize content for the medical representatives’ sales process.
  • Lead engaging, informative remote training sessions in French on:
    • Best practices in relationship management and effective communication with HCPs.
    • Utilization of CRM tools for email, document distribution, and remote call management.
    • Strategies for multi-channel engagement to enhance representatives’ interactions with HCPs.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, including step-by-step guides, to facilitate knowledge retention and encourage practical application.
  • Support the medical representatives in understanding and adapting to the digital CRM environment, with a focus on using CRM tools effectively to meet their sales and communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French (required); proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Extensive experience in sales training, specifically within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools; experience with Veeva CRM is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for translating technical tools into easy-to-follow workflows for sales representatives.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel sales strategies in a regulated environment is a plus.

Project Duration:

  • Training sessions are expected to begin in early November, with additional sessions scheduled through mid-November. Ongoing support may be required depending on client needs.
