We’re seeking an experienced Medical Writer to support advanced medical communications projects, with a strong focus on KOL engagement, advisory board facilitation, and scientific publications. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently lead expert interactions and produce both strategic and scientific content that drives impact.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Advisory Board Leadership: Plan, facilitate, and document advisory board meetings, including agenda development, scientific slide decks, summary reports, and actionable insights.

• Consensus-Building: Design and execute structured methodologies such as Delphi or Nominal Group Technique to generate expert-driven, evidence-informed recommendations.

• Scientific Publication Development: Lead and support manuscript development for peer-reviewed journals—from literature reviews to drafting, author coordination, submission, and correspondence.

• Medical Content Creation: Translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, accurate, and engaging materials (e.g., white papers, abstracts, reports) aligned with audience needs and client strategy.

🎓 Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in Life Sciences or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of medical writing experience in an agency, pharmaceutical, or academic publishing setting.

• Must have direct experience in facilitating or moderating ad board meetings and stakeholder consensus initiatives (e.g., Delphi, NGT).

• Deep understanding of ICMJE guidelines, GPP, and publication ethics.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines with minimal oversight.
