We’re looking for a People Manager who is passionate about people and excited to grow into a cross-functional role that combines HR, vendor coordination, and people-related support for the Board of Directors. You’ll lead core HR activities (especially recruitment), support sourcing and managing vendors (freelancers and partners), and serve as a trusted liaison for people-related matters that involve leadership and legal input. This role is ideal for someone with a solid HR foundation who’s ready to broaden their scope in a dynamic, growing company.
Recruitment
Lead hiring for both full-time and freelance roles globally.
Build and maintain a talent pool of freelancers for future needs.
Coordinate with team leads to align hiring plans with project and business needs.
Employee Experience & HR Ops
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee records and oversee basic HR admin processes.
Supervise payroll execution via service providers (no direct calculation required).
People Development & Policies
Help implement team structure, career development frameworks, and internal policies.
Assist with performance and feedback processes.
Source and onboard vendors (freelancers and organizations).
Track agreements, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear records.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth communication and support project execution.
Act as a people-side support for the BOD: provide updates, flag team issues, and assist in sensitive matters.
Coordinate with legal partners to review freelancer contracts and HR-related documents.
Help prepare materials or insights related to people and organizational matters.
3–5 years of HR or related experience, ideally with exposure to recruitment and operations with ERP
Experience working with freelancers or cross-border teams is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills in English
Eager to grow into areas like vendor management and legal coordination
Organized, discreet, and proactive in managing tasks and following through
