Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR Manager to lead influencer relations, media engagement, and social media communications. As a key player in the Planning team, the PR Manager will translate audience and market insights into compelling communication strategies that enhance brand presence, reputation, and engagement. Working closely with the Strategic Planner, this role will ensure that public relations efforts align seamlessly with broader business objectives and integrated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Media Strategy
- Develop and implement PR strategies that align with brand and business goals.
- Manage media relations, securing press coverage and fostering relationships with journalists, healthcare media, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and thought leadership pieces to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee crisis communication strategies and manage brand reputation in the public sphere.
Influencer & Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with healthcare influencers and KOLs to drive brand advocacy.
- Develop engagement plans that leverage influencer partnerships to amplify marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate influencer performance based on engagement, reach, and ROI.
Social Media & Digital Communications
- Oversee and implement social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and integrated marketing plans.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop content that resonates with target audiences across digital platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and brand sentiment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to innovate communication approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Strategic Planner to integrate PR efforts into the overall brand roadmap.
- Align with internal teams, including creative, digital, medical, and media strategy, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Support business development by showcasing PR success stories and insights that strengthen client relationships.

- Media & Influencer Relations: Proven track record of managing PR campaigns, securing media coverage, and building influencer partnerships.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of digital communication trends and platforms.
- Content Development: Skilled in crafting press releases, media materials, and social content that engage healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and optimize PR strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Crisis Management: Ability to navigate PR challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, and/or social media management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience working in a global agency environment is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in PR tools, social media analytics, and digital engagement platforms.
