JOB DESCRIPTION
Drcom Group is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join us! It’s a challenging role requiring a careful balance between the client’s needs, wants and priorities, and the agency’s bottom line. They play a crucial role in client retention as well as potentially bringing in new business as part of an existing client referral process.
Key duties will be
Sales & Client/Account Management:
- Encourage revenue growth by Identifying new clients/business opportunities and cross-selling products and services.
- Serve as the client lead, managing a client’s projects; providing regular updates to clients on the progress and statuses of projects.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client while fostering and developing client relationships.
- Explaining cost factors to clients and communicating product value.
- Service multiple clients concurrently and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
- Participate to healthcare networking and industry events.
- Being able to work with strong autonomy and proactivity, reporting to the Managing Director.
Strategy/Creative Leadership:
- Take an active and strategic role and provide support in pitches and RFP for various types of projects from Digital to IMC for Pharmaceutical brands.
- Digesting a client’s brief and communicating client agendas to internal stakeholders; mainly creative and project management teams to meet with client’s expectations and attain successful project completion.
- Provide creative judgment and take ownership of the quality of creative responses in conjunction with creative leaders.
Project & People Management:
- Follow-up & Manage: opportunities, sales, invoicing, and ensure growth as per KPIs and turnover objective.
- Inter-personal manage: coaching internal & partners cross-functional teams; nurture and manage team of account executives.
Job Requirements
General:
- Educational Background: At least Bachelor Degree with a major in sales, marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.
- >4 years’ experience in similar capacity in IMC/creative/media/digital agencies.
- Strong autonomy and proactivity and sales-oriented.
Required skills:
- Good digital understanding including Multi-channel Engagement in the healthcare industry regulation context.
- A plus to have basic knowledge about scientific journal, knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or science.
- High service orientation and ability to build a professional and long-term partnership with our clients.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills to offer client recommendations and expertise.
